🌟 Life is a constant juggling act, and as a mom of 3 in her mid-30's with kids in sports, clubs and more, I know how precious time can be. So, let's dive into some game-changing life hacks, especially when it comes to whipping up quick and easy family recipes using just 4 ingredients or less – all straight from your pantry!

Easy Pantry Recipes for Busy Moms

1. Rise and Shine with a Power-Packed Breakfast 🍳 🍌 Banana Pancakes

Channel your inner Jack Johnson and start your day right with our lightning fast Banana Pancakes. Just mash bananas, mix with eggs, add a pinch of cinnamon, and cook! These fluffy delights are not only a breeze to make but also a nutritious way to fuel your family for the day ahead.


  • Bananas

  • Eggs

  • Cinnamon

  • Cooking spray


  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.

  2. Mix in eggs and a pinch of cinnamon.

  3. Heat a pan, spray with cooking spray.

  4. Spoon batter onto the pan, cook each side until golden brown.

  5. Serve and enjoy - plus you're sneaking in fruit into a kid-favored brekkie!

2. Lunchbox Magic for Picky Eaters 🥪 Cheesy Tortilla Roll-Ups

For those picky eaters, try our Cheesy Tortilla Roll-Ups. Grab some tortillas, spread cream cheese, add turkey slices, and roll it up! It's a lunchbox favorite that's simple, delicious, and sneaks in a bit of protein and dairy.

  • Ingredients:

    • Tortillas

    • Cream cheese

    • Turkey slices

    • Optional: Veggie sticks

  • Instructions:

    1. Spread cream cheese on a tortilla.

    2. Add turkey slices and veggies if desired.

    3. Roll it up and slice into bite-sized pieces.

3. Dinner in a Flash ⚡Speedy Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (don't worry if you can't pronounce it, we kinda-can-kinda-can't anyways, but it makes us feel fancy!!)

When dinner needs to be on the table pronto, go for our Speedy Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. Boil spaghetti, sauté garlic in olive oil, toss in red pepper flakes, and mix! It's a no-fuss pasta dish that's big on flavor without the need for an extensive shopping list.


  • Spaghetti noodles

  • Garlic (powder, salt, fresh, whatevs)

  • Olive oil

  • Red pepper flakes (if you like it hot like I do!)

  • Optional: add a protein like ground beef, turkey, sausage or more!


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until golden.

  3. Toss cooked spaghetti with garlic and red pepper flakes.

  4. Enjoy...and if you like the carbs like I do (and my kids do!!) add in some garlic bread!

Snacking just got easier with our 3-Ingredient Energy Bites. Combine oats, nut butter, and honey – no baking required! Roll into bite-sized balls, pop them in the fridge, and you've got a snack that's both wholesome and convenient. Perfect for those grab-and-go moments!
